Day 04. Tarakot - Tarap Khola (Lahini Kharka)
Day 05. Tarap Khola - Bivo Caves (3500m d’altitude)
Day 06. Bivo Cave - Dho Tarap (4200m d’alt.)
Day 07. Dho : visite de l’ecole, des gombas,…
Day 08. Dho - Takse (Numla Phedi)
Day 09. Takse - Numla Pass/ Camp de Baga La
Day 10. Baga La - Bakhra Kharka
Day 11. Bakhara Kharka – Ringmo
Day 12. Ringmo - lac de Phoksumdo (visite)
